Forest Bathing Outdoor Workshop

Breathe in, breathe out…  Enjoy a quiet evening unplugged as we explore the rising popularity of “forest bathing” and mindfulness through guided meditative activities on the trails and take-home resources.

Ages: 18+

Cost: $15 per participant (BMS Members save 10%)

  • Advance registration required as space is limited.
  • Masks and social distancing required.
  • Event is outdoors, restrooms available at start & end by request.
