SciNight: Maple Sugaring

Celebrate maple sugaring season in the city! Don’t miss a guest presentation by NYS Parks educator Matt Nusstein on maple syrup history and production in WNY. We’ll taste test local maple syrup samples, practice tapping a “tree”, learn maple tree identification, and explore the whole sweet sugaring process from tree to table!
