SciNight: Seasonal Eating

Join the global movement to eat like a locavore! Learn how selecting fruits, vegetables and more grown within 400 miles supports sustainable practices and benefits the Earth. Guests will taste test locally grown produce from nearby Farmer’s Markets and take home seeds to plant some cold-weather crops of their own. Advance registration required. Space is limited.
